Chairman / Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Durodola is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Quaint. He has extensive technical and senior managerial experience with The Dow Chemical Company, Shell Oil Company (Americas) and has served in advisory and executive consultant capacity to a variety of government entities and Oil & Gas start-ups in Africa. Mobolaji, is responsible for the overall growth and strategic direction of the company. He holds a B.Sc degree in Chemical Engineering (with a minor in Business Management) from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) in Chicago and a Graduate Diploma with specialization in Global Management from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business (GGSB), France. Mobolaji is also a certified six sigma black belt.
As a director, Mr. Solesi’s overall responsibility includes working with the rest of the board to set company’s overall growth and business strategy while leading business implementation activities with regional governmental agencies and private entities. He has strong technical and business qualifications with an impressive track record of more than 13 years of hands-on experience in research & development, process engineering, strategic planning, business unit development, project and product management with likes of DuPont and GE prior to Quaint. He has BSc and MSc degrees in Chemical Engineering with a specialization in Energy, Economics, and Environment from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. He also holds MBA with specialization in Strategic Business Intelligence from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Grenoble (France).
Director / President, Quaint Pakistan
Mr. Jilani is a director and the President of Quaint Pakistan. Mr Jilani is an avid entrepreneur with over 15 years of successful business start-up ranging from real-estate development, pharmaceuticals, International Call Centers Management to Energy development. Mr Jilani is responsible for the Asia and Middle East growth and strategic guidance of Quaint. His years of seasoned experience in business, fund raising and managing strategic business relationship have been key to the company’s successes in the Americas, Africa and Middle East/Asia.
Project Developer, Power Projects
Mr. Adeniyi is a Management Consultant for power projects at Quaint responsible for financial modelling and project execution. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Adeniyi worked in the avionics division at Caverton Helicopters as an electrical engineer. Mr. Adeniyi volunteers his spare time at secondary schools in Abuja, creating awareness for renewable energy, climate change and the environment. Mr. Adeniyi received his Bachelor of Engneering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Plymouth in England, and also holds a Master of Science in Renewable Energy from the University of Durham in England with specialisation in electricity markets, renewable energy and energy policy.
Energy Development Specialist
Ms. Hadiza Katagum is an Energy Development Specialist at Quaint. Prior to joining Quaint, Ms. Katagum worked as a Senior Scientist at the Nigerian Raw Material Research and Development Council and is Professionally affiliated with the Society of Petroleum Engineers. Ms. Katagum has a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Liverpool, UK and also holds a Masters of Science in Energy Studies with specialization in Oil and Gas Economics from the University of Dundee, UK.
Lennard Tenende, PhD, P.E.
President, Quaint Energy Tanzania
Dr. Tenende is the President of Quaint Energy Tanzania. He has more than 30 years of experience in engineering, construction, research and academia. He worked as a professional engineer in America for Brown & Root, Halliburton and KBR where he held various senior level engineering and management positions. Dr. Tenende received a B.Sc. (Engineering) from the University of Dar-es-Salaam – Tanzania, Master of Engineering from the University of Toronto – Canada, and a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas in Houston. He is a past chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Diaspora Council of Tanzanians in America; member of the Board of Directors of Solar Hope; member of the Board of Directors of Sudan Institute for Research and Policy (SIRP); Member of MITDC - Advisory Council for International Trade and Development for Mayor Annise Parker, Mayor of the City of Houston.
Engr. Peter Ayinde
Engr. Peter Ayinde is responsible for liaising with the government, and project execution on infrastructure projects at Quaint. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University, Bauchi State, and is a professionally certified Engineer in NIgeria with 10 years of experience.
